There are a few things that will effect our cost to ship a motorcycle
Below is a quick overview of the rates.
Standard Motorcycle Shipping Rates
Standard size Motorcycle- Rate is based on a standard size bike specs that occupy 1 standard space on our trailer 4′ x 9′. Note we cannot ship anything that is over 58 inches tall, There is an additional charge for motorcycles with side cars or trailers.
- There is an extra charge of $300 for tolls when picking up or delivering to Long Island or Maine.
- At this time, we do NOT pick up or deliver to the Florida Keys , DC, or the 5 boroughs of New York City, Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, and Staten Island.
- We also do NOT pick up or deliver on non-paved roads, gated communities, military bases, ports or areas protected by Homeland Security. We do not provide border crossing services.
Rates include coverage up to $15,000.00 with a $500.00 deductible for a $50.00 fee you can eliminate the deductible at the time of booking.
No need to drain the gas or disconnect the battery
We do not crate or palatalize the bikes they are secured
All units must roll if the unit does not roll, resulting in an unsuccessful pickup customer shall be charged with a $250.00 attempted pickup Fee.
Pickup and Delivery
Average pickup window is 2 to 10 business days, with a delivery of 2 to 14 business days from pickup
You will want to confirm the transit time and pickup windows if they are coming from or going to Washington, Wyoming, Montana, Oregon, Utah, or Northern California.

Our pricing chart is a quick way to estimate your price, but there are added services and factors that could affect your price, such as including a motorcycle trailer or requesting a residential pickup.
