SHIPPING CHECKLIST
Please ensure that:
- Your vehicle is in operating condition, with a working emergency brake, and is licensed or qualified to be licensed for operation on public streets or highways;
- The vehicle is washed;
- Personal belongings are removed;
- There are no cracks in windshields or other windows;
- The gas tank is less than a 1/4 tank full;
- You remove fire extinguishers;
- Propane tanks are empty;
- You bring the certificate of ownership or registration;
- If someone other than the registered owner delivers the automobile, please bring a notarized letter of authorization from the registered owner(s) authorizing shipment .
- Your vehicle dimensions are not over: 21’8″ L x 8′ W x 7′ H (for vehicles such as large pickup trucks, lifted / modified vehicles, limos, vans, etc)

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING WHEN YOU DELIVER YOUR VEHICLE FOR SHIPMENT
- Title / Registration: Please bring the certificate of ownership and a current certificate of registration.
- Creditor / Lienholder: If your vehicle is currently financed/leased, bring a letter from your creditor/lessor, written on their letterhead with the VIN# noted that acknowledges that they are aware that your vehicle is being shipped. Unless otherwise specified, this letter is valid for 30 days from the date of the letter.
- Owner: If the person shipping the vehicle is other than the owner(s), a notarized letter of authorization from the owner(s) is required, with the VIN# noted.
- Photo ID: You (or anyone you designate) must provide a valid photo ID.
