Below are the insurance requirements and carrier packet

Please list SSR Logistics, LLC. As Certificate Holder and Additional Insured on the Auto and General Liability policies (if applicable on the general liability policy) and Additional Insured or Loss Payee or Designated Insured on the Cargo Policy. PLEASE LIST ON THE CERTIFICATE IN THE DESCRIPTION BOX IF THE CARGO POLICY INCLUDES COVERAGE FOR CONSTRUCTIVE TOTAL LOSS & DIMINISHED VALUE AND THEFT/MISSING CARGO.

• 1 car hauler cargo would need to be a minimum of $100,000
• 1-2 car hauler cargo would need to be a minimum of $200,000
• 3 car hauler cargo would need to be a minimum of $250,000
• 4 car hauler cargo would need to be a minimum of $300,000
• 5-10 car hauler cargo would need to be a minimum of $350,000

Automobile Liability will need to be a minimum of $1 million.
